Before joining the firm, Andrew worked in government, first at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and later as a staff attorney at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has no affiliation with UCLA. However, he did (like Bruce) receive his J.D. from Columbia University and his LL.M. degree in Taxation from New York University.
